• A lonely Seder
is definitely better than no Seder...

This Passover, the pain of poverty is compounded by the pain of isolation, now that public seders are illegal. This is the tragic reality of fatherless families, and forgotten seniors and Holocaust survivors.
The number of poor in Israel is increasing daily because of the virus. Worse yet, depression, hopelessness and the feeling of abandonment are now at an all time high.
This year, instead of hosting 27,526 of Israel’s poorest and loneliest at our 132 public seders, we are delivering complete seders to their homes -- including Haggadahs and instructions.
Plus, we’re providing all the food they need for the full 7 days of enforced holiday isolation.
Colel Chabad’s army of volunteers are defying the risks by continuing our home delivery of Passover food to thousands of needy households everywhere in Israel, as well as meal on wheels to those who cannot prepare food by themselves.
