Dodke Strous Russian Leadership Training Institute

Located in Migdal HaEmek, the Dodke Strous Leadership Institute educates and trains native Russian speakers to become the lay and religious leaders of Russian Jewish communities in the former Soviet Union and throughout Israel.

50 full time students plus 75 summer students receive full tuition scholarships and free room and board.

During the High Holy Days, Dodke Strous students return to the FSU where they conduct services and classes in scores of communities.
